Sweat Fest....

I've always resisted the idea or thought of riding on a trainer. But week after week temperatures in the teens, it makes it a lot easier to stay indoors. For me when the temps drop below freezing I like to set up in font of the tube to a good ol' western movie and/or Sports Center.... I'm in the process of trying to convince the girl to move to Hawaii...we'll see how that one goes. =)
